Sack Daddy’s specializes in Southern Seafood Boils. They where established in 1968  in northern Florida and are have since expanded to service southern Georgia and the city of Atlanta with their gourmet food truck.

Needs:

  •  A mobile solution that would allow client  to stay connected with their customers, catalog previous orders, take and fill new orders on the go.
  • Become a cashless operation.
  • Create a  loyalty program.
  • Business Cards

Solutions:

  • Created a responsive business website on the WordPress platform that allows client to update new menu items.
  • Integrated social messaging into the site  to centralize social communication and highlight the customer’s voice.
  • Implemented a  mobile ordering  system  customized for mobile devices.
  • Established social profiles to help increase search visibility.
  • Implemented an automated  database system that tracks sales and logs  customers by location and order type.
  • Established a digital loyalty program, thus encouraging cashless orders.
  • Created business identity materials that mimicked the look and feel of the website
  • Created a dedicated hashtag to help capture the voice of the customers across all social platforms
