PJ Douglas Sands is the President of The DS3 Group – an entertainment and consulting agency focused on events and branding for creatives. She attended Queen’s College in The Bahamas and Houston’s Mayde Creek High School before graduating from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Pan African Studies and Political Science and a concentration in Caribbean Socio-Economic Development.
Presently pursuing a Degree in Law with the University of London, the scope of her professional expertise includes event planning, entertainment and corporate law, new media consulting, branding and business management. President of our parent company The DS3 Group LLC, PJ is a former Miss Bahamas and a classically trained musician who plays 4 instruments (clarinet, auxiliary percussion, saxophone and piano), as well as an accomplished Singer, Songwriter, Producer and Composer.
